Accounting and Purchasing Department

Our Accounting and Purchasing Department provides centralized accounts payable (A/R), accounts receivable (A/R), and purchasing support for all of Acorn IT Group's divisions and business units.

New vendors

Are you a vendor that would like to have the Acorn IT Group or one of its various divisions promote and/or sell your product or service? Then you should be aware of the following:

  1. We dislike and generally do not enter into contracts that have quotas, minimum purchasing requirements, or other stipulations on how we may purchase, ship, or use your products or services.
  2. We prefer to partner with companies that offer educational and promotional materials. Obviously the better we know your products or services, the better we can represent them to our clients. Likewise, the more customizable marketing collateral you provide us, the better we can showcase your products or services.
  3. We prefer to order through centralized distribution sources, such as Ingram Micro, Synnex, and TechData.
