The Acorn IT Group is a privately held Nevada corporation formed on June 1, 2004. The corporation is organized into several distinct divisions and a few smaller business units. The various parts of the company work together, along with a diverse team of partners and vendors, to provide the company's clients with a broad range of information technology services and products.

Background

The Acorn IT Group was incorporated on June 1, 2004 under the name Acanthus Technology, Inc. It is a privately held, woman-owned, family operated, small business focused on helping other small and mid-size businesses grow larger. On January 26, 2006, the corporate name was changed to the Acorn IT Group to better illustrate that focus.
