Welcome to the Acorn IT Group Human Resources Department. The HR Department is concerned with the health, safety, happiness, growth, and development of our staff. HR develops fair and reasonable policies for personnel management and coordinates employee benefit programs. Most people gain familiarity with this department through the processes of recruiting, hiring, and training our outstanding staff.

The Acorn IT Group's HR Department oversees recruitment and personnel matters for all divisions and business units within the Acorn IT Group, including for Allogro, ClientKeepers Services, FarStriders Design, IP6 Advisers, NevaCal, Sacramento Online Services, and the Acorn IT Group itself. This helps streamline many procedures, avoids duplication of efforts, and increases our negotiating power with our benefits suppliers, all of which helps our employees.

In our HR portal you will find information about work opportunities for potential employees and independent contractors (ICs), along with information that helps explain differences between the two. We maintain a fairly large library of documents from various state and federal agencies that cover health and safety issues, employee rights, taxes, and much more. The library is meant for ongoing use by our staff, not just during the hiring process. Current staff members should also check in the staff intranet site for additional information.
