The Acorn IT Group was founded with the vision that a vibrant business can and should extend beyond itself to truly serve its clients, employees, and suppliers, as well as the environment and the community at large.

We are not a typical technology service and sales operation. Acorn's strength lies in our people: their commitment, sense of community, and desire to serve and continuously improve. The foundation of the company is built on its value system. We are organized to support changing client needs, and decisions are made by looking at the long-term success of the business and its customer relationships.

The Acorn IT Group is a closely held corporation, and stockholders do not drive numbers or decisions at the end of the month. Employees contribute to the organization based on their individual strengths versus traditional job roles. We believe that those who work hard to build the business should also share in its rewards, and vested employees share in the profits of the company.
